14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason.
How to return an item
- Email us at ebonease2026@gmail.com with your order number and the item concerned.
- We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back within 14 days of your request.
Conditions
- Item unworn, unwashed, in its original condition with tags.
- Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.
Refund
Once the item is received and checked, we refund you within 14 days maximum, to the original payment method (initial standard shipping included).
Faulty or wrong item
Received a damaged, faulty or wrong item? Email us a photo and we will arrange an exchange or refund. You also benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
